In every city we travel to, we host free youth clinics, mentorship sessions, and workshops that teach basketball skills alongside life preparation: career planning, conflict resolution, and financial literacy. For youth who show true promise and passion for the game — and are ready to give it a full shot — we leverage our connections to elite AAU teams to help them take the next step toward competing at higher levels.
We developed a basketball-based aptitude test designed to help athletes discover their strengths, leadership styles, and career pathways beyond the game.
How it Works: The test uses basketball scenarios to evaluate decision-making, teamwork, strategy, and problem-solving skills.
What it reveals: Results align with possible career paths such as entrepreneurship, finance, management, coaching, or leadership roles
Why It Matters: Just as athletes study film to improve their game, this test helps them understand how their on-court skills translate into boardroom success. Every participant in our clinics and programs will have access to this test, giving them a roadmap for success both in and out of the game.

DeAndre “The Mosquito” Bray is a true Atlanta basketball icon whose impact reaches far beyond the court. A two-time state champion at Benjamin E. Mays High School and dynamic floor general at Jacksonville State, Bray carved his name into hoops history with his fearless play. He went on to electrify the nation in the Ball Up Streetball Tour, light up the big screen in Uncle Drew and thrill thousands with the Atlanta Hawks’ legendary “Moves Like Mosquito” halftime show. Off the court, Bray has trained NBA greats like Dwight Howard, earned his place in the Trinity United Hall of Fame (Class of 2025), and continues to inspire the next generation as a proud partner of Beyond The League.
Chasten serves as the founder of Beyond The League. He is a former semi-pro basketball player who had the opportunity to play overseas, but injuries led him to pursue entrepreneurship at 21. After injuries cut short opportunities to play overseas, Chasten pivoted into business, earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Financial Planning from Liberty University. Today, he combines his background in athletics and finance to prepare athletes for life beyond sports — building pathways to professional opportunities, leadership, and generational wealth. In addition to leading Beyond The League, Chasten is also an inventor with two innovations set to launch soon, further fueling his vision for impact that extends far beyond the game.
